are accepted subject
to the approval of copy and the right of the Publisher (Proteus
Media Management) to alter,
reject, suspend or cancel any order without assigning a reason.
Upon acceptance of a booking, an Advertising Purchase Order Contract
will be sent representing
that order, requesting the signature of the individual that ordered
the space. Due to the nature of
our business, it may be necessary to commence work on that order
prior to receipt of that signed document in order to comply with
production and server deadlines. Therefore, cancellations must
be received in writing ten days prior to the given copy deadline.
Failure to sign & return the Advertising Purchase Order Contract
does not in itself represent a cancellation of an order or invoice.
Invoices are processed in the week of going live to the Biz Portal.co.uk/Proteus-Media.co.uk
server. These would be addressed to the advertiser's finance department,
quoting the name of the
individual who initially ordered the space.
Payment is requested within 14 to 30 days of the invoice date.
If no payment or communication has been received after 14 to 30
days, Biz Portal.co.uk/Proteus-Media.co.uk reserves the right
to commence suitable recovery action. This may include forwarding
your account to our legal department, who will instruct County
Court proceedings against you, incurring interest and additional
charges to your account. In addition, your details may be registered
with a credit reference agency, which may make it difficult to
obtain credit in the future.
The Proprietors are not liable for any loss occasioned by the
failure of any advertisement to appear from any cause whatsoever,
nor do they accept liability for copy errors.
Although every care is taken in copy layout, refunds or credits
will not be made unless corrections are notified immediately following
the first insertion of a series. Where two or more insertions
have been requested, advertisers are advised to check the first
insertion carefully.
Credits will not be given against minor errors that do not corrupt
the overall meaning of the advertisement.
The placing of an order will be deemed to be an acceptance of
these conditions.
These conditions and any and all documents specifically referenced
herein constitute the entire
agreement between you and Biz Portal.co.uk/Proteus-Media.co.uk
with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision contained
in these conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that provision
shall be severed from these conditions and the remaining provisions
shall continue in full force and effect.

you agree to be bound by the above conditions of use. If you do
